Vermutlich nicht. Denn die wichtigste Voraussetzung, dass Sie eine Sportart regelm\u00e4\u00dfig aus\u00fcben, ist wohl: Sie muss Spa\u00df machen. Doch was jemandem Spa\u00df macht, ist wirklich absolut individuell.<br>Als Vorschlag haben wir 10 wirklich gesunde Sportarten zusammengestellt, die zwei Voraussetzungen bieten: Ein relativ geringes Verletzungsrisiko und einen hohen Nutzen f\u00fcr die k\u00f6rperliche und geistige Gesundheit. Especially in childhood, gymnastics creates great advantages for physical and mental development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The above list probably does not give any indication as to which sport is best for you. Perhaps the following results of a study will help you make the right choice. Researchers wanted to find out which kind of sport has the best effects on athletes\u2019 health when they exercise regularly. Here are the results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0F\u00fcr Squash- oder Tennisspieler ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, aufgrund einer verfr\u00fchten Erkrankung zu sterben, 47 % geringer als f\u00fcr Menschen, die keinen Sport betreiben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schwimmer haben eine 28 % geringere Chance, fr\u00fchzeitig zu sterben.
